Is there nearby tent camping if we don't get a reservation in the park ?

I'm sure there is plenty of tent camping in Sand hollow. We just camped in the primitive area & there is a lot of ground around the lake. A lot were camped on the beach. In another note there is Willow Wind RV park in Hurricane & they allow tents per the website & Zions Gate RV park. Nit sure if they allow tents or not.
