We had a Toyota sienna, it was okay, but took longer than a 4WD vehicle would. Luckily there are no sandy road pits so you are unlikely to get stuck.
At your own risk. It should. If the weather is dry. It will be a rough ride. There is washboard. And a few sandy spots. I would keep a decent speed and add a little speed when approaching the sandy spots. There was a road grader working and smoothing the road in May 2022. All wheel drive or truck 4x4 would be recommended.
