A few people there think they are like and act like the gastopo in reporting things they don't like to the HOA -Harassing those they don't want in the community. Intentionally reporting "Issues" they find. Unfortunately, the HOA has to follow up on these complaints. I call it "Senior Harassment" Doesn't make for a pleasent place to live. There are many more good people who are here who try to stay under their radar. This community is not a static "Dollhouse". Nice location and well keep grounds. A few spoilers for the rest. Not unlike most HOA' s here. There are always those who are always complaining.
