Everything so far has been awful. First, Yesenia told me a price (wrote it down and everything) and said I couldn’t purchase until May, but that the price would be going to $264,490. Next, once May rolls around, she sends a contract for $279,490, saying that it went up more than she thought. You are all one company, there is no excuse to provide misinformation to clients before purchase and not stick to your word. Next, they included a clause that they can increase the price, which I had also asked Yesenia and she said wouldn’t happen - well, it just changed right before I had to sign! Convenient. Then, Yesenia leaves and Carla comes. Great! She schedules a pre-construction meeting with me. Then, the day of, calls me to tell me the construction manager has a manager’s meeting and has to reschedule. So… basically, an internal meeting is more important than a client meeting? Since when? What kind of company is this? Also, they push their mortgage company very heavily. I had to prequalify with them to see their fee breakdown, and it was much, much higher (even with “6k in closing costs” off) than my usual bank’s mortgage fees. Overall, this has not been a pleasant experience and we’ve barely scratched the surface on the build.

Homes are great, spacious and Yesenia is very knowledgeable on the properties and process. I will be coming here after retirement, it’s a no brainer for me!
