Our project consisted of renovating our garage into an office space/bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The subcontractors Mike utilized were excellent. Our project was around $80,000 and everything came in on time and within budget. The project was completed in a timely manner and even as we wanted changes throughout the project Mike was able accommodate. I will use Mike and his team again for our next upcoming renovation.

Mike was great to work with from start to finish. My husband and I had been planning a big kitchen remodel for years and we got quotes from Multiple contractors over a few months. Mike was recommended from a friend who he had done work for in the past. After meeting Mike we knew he was our guy. He is always quick to respond to questions and always answered our phone calls or got back to us very quickly. It was the first big project we did on our house and Mike got the job done quickly and we love our new kitchen. We had to take the kitchen to the studs and removed two load bearing walls but Mike and his team handled it very effectively. We hope to work with Mike for more future projects!

We do clear CL100's, but we're extremely busy right now, so depending on the location and scope, it could be a week or so.
We realize we are working in your home, and as such, we need to keep it tidy as we are working on your remodeling project. There may be times when we are in the middle of a day with lots of debris, but we'll tidy up our work area before the day’s end, leaving your home the way you want it. We have undertaken many projects and one of the most frequent things our customers tell us is how much they appreciate how clean our job sites are.
When you have accepted our quote for services, we will specify benchmarks when payments will be due.
We do not charge for quotes for projects which fit the types of services and parameters we specialize in.
We do pull permits from the correct governmental entities where your project is. We also have our work inspected by the appropriate building inspectors at the correct points in the project. We are very proud of our work and would never try to circumvent the process of proper permitting and licensing.
Yes, our firm is properly insured for remodeling and renovation. We will gladly show you our certificates of insurance.
