I've called and left multiple messages but no reply, been a week. I've declared it useless.
Been Calling for 2 months set up 2 phone interviews never received the call for the interviews and received letters saying I missed the interview when no one called me. They say someone will call back in two business days. Lucky to hear back in 3 weeks if at all.
I called and left messages for 3 months and never got a call back. Then I went to the office during business hours to talk to someone, and they told me that their agents were off for the day for a party. Now I get a letter in the mail saying I was denied benifets because so never showered up to an appointment that they never told me I have!
Yep same here. Been calling for three weeks and left multiple messages. No one got back to me and they schedule a phone interview w me and then called a different day and then called the day of the interview 3 hours late from the time THEY assigned. I realize they are helping us but come on we deserve some respect.
Same here!! Every time I call no matter what time.. I have never had someone answer a s I leave multiple messages and never get a call back. I filled out all the paperwork and had my phone interview and I received a letter saying I was denied bc I missed my phone interview.. and I DID NOT! I had it and they asked me to send info so I did... So frustrating. I lost my job and could use the help
I've been wondering that myself. I've had food stamps since September, even qualified for emergency food stamps, but I still haven't been able to get my food because my card is inactive and no one will answer the phone or return my calls. I'm hungry but they obviously don't care.
I called the abe hotline or I would have starved too
