How am I supposed to cancel services when you are required to sit on hold for hours on end? Not everyone sits on their ass with no job you know!

You got to sit on hold?! No matter what I call for, I always get sent to voicemail and my call is never returned. I've been trying to get ahold of someone since September.

I agree! Where is the call back option. I don't want to sit on hold when there are 73 people ahead of me!
