I am trying to place an order online and have questions about the menu. Why can't I call and talk to a real person?! Plus, can't seem to pay for order as it wants me to join Chowdown. It won't even take my google signin info. No Zia's for me today.

Cruel ruined my childhood glad they are nice to strangers and not killing 8 year olds cats on Halloween anymore. Etc etc They are not very polite people. Trust me I know first hand for 40+ yrs! They get a kickback for using Chowdown. Other sites doing same thing trying to get your info stored for 3rd party. My Google sign will not let you put in card number. or password etc etc goodluck. Gioia's just around the corner.

Julie looks like Zia's answered your question. Sometimes when tech is difficult, I just pick up the phone and call. Maybe next time! I have to say, I've never been treated any way except politely at Zia's. Give them another try! You'll be glad you did!
