I checked with the FDA online. It said to avoid lettuce from Southern California. They have not yet found THE source. That lettuce from Arizona and hydroponics are good. This is a business and they are going to take food safety seriously. If you want confirmation, I would ask to speak to the manager. Tell him/her about your concerns about salad greens and ask them how they are handling it. Do they know where they come from? If they have definite answers that is good; however, if they really don't know, or haven't given it much thought... that is not a good sign. I would not eat at anyplace that can't give you those answers.
Pour some Busch on it to kill the bacteria and you'll be fine
But now cauliflower is suspect. Best to keep your eye on updates, but at this point I hope all bad is gone and they are monitoring. That said...??
