Here's a brief rundown of our pet relinquishment procedure: For dogs adopted from Wish Bone, please contact your adoption processor or the main office number - 309.808.4477. For non-Wish Bone dogs, please fill out the form on our "Rehome your Pet" page on the "Adopt" section of our website. At the moment, our intake process is limited by shelter space, but pets on the "Rehome" page are visible to the community and our foster team.
