If it can't walk well and still kinda wanders in a circle meowing you need to feed it with a little dropper or bottle but if it moves well enough and can feed on its own then just give it milk and soon soft food ....soaked in milk... Or something, also maybe be aware of the mother it might have just got lost in transition to a new home
