No, motorcycles are not allowed at Lone Elk Park.

You might be able too, I do not recall seeing any signs about motorcycles, but that doesnt mean they are not there. There are hiking trails but being that exposed could be sketchy and the noise of most bikes might make the wildlife avoid you as well.
