There are showers available. The women's (and I assume the men's as well) has 5 individual showers that have a space to hang your towel and place your clothes, then you go around the corner to the shower. If someone opens or peeks into the curtain, they aren' t going to see anything but your items hanging. They do not have a hot tub or sauna. No pool-type amenities. They stick mainly to workout equipment with some massage equipment and full tanning available for the upgraded membership. Still a great deal for less than $25 a month. I use it all the time.
