D lot is ok
No reservations required, just park and get on the shuttle
Most are good just make sure you plan with enough time

Agree. Both terminals and all airlines can be reached from any parking lot. The shuttles are coming through constantly and take to the terminal entrance nearest your airline.
All the airlines are serviced by the same shuttle. The driver will ask you which airline you are flying on and will take you to the appropriate terminal. Lot D is the cheapest and you can get to any airline from there. 🚌🛫
