The shuttles are supposed to run 24/7. We never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes, even late at night. They have a number posted to call if you're waiting to be picked up. Their staff was always super helpful in our experience.
They say the shuttles run every ten minutes 24/7, but last Sunday a shuttle never picked us up to go back to our car. We waited from about 12:40 to almost 2am. During that time three shuttles came past for a line of dozens and dozens of people waiting for every Superpark lot. Airport security called in to ask and their supervisor had no explanation from Superpark. The last shuttle we saw said they would be back in 10 minutes, and we never saw them again. A hotel shuttle took pity on us half an hour later and started dropping people off at the Superpark entrances. One hotel shuttle driver took care of the second half of the line in less than half an hour. People in the first half of the line waited for over an hour.
Not sure, but I had a 6 45 am flight & a good guess is 5 00 am
