Hi Heather, we do perform all recalls on Fords. As far as the temporary vehicle is concerned, we would need more information (such as your vehicle's VIN number) to see if Ford would cover the cost of a loaner. If your vehicle is not covered, we offer rental vehicles starting at $40 per day. We also provide a free shuttle service for our customers while their vehicle is with us.
They do recalls, they do not do temporary vehicles, I've bought 4 new and 3 used vehicles from them and they wouldn't give me a loaner overnight. Not a happy customer
They do recall work, they have for me in the past, I didn't require a rental for my work that needed to be done.
