They are very easy to work with. I love that you can drive onto the lot and just look around without being bombarded at every angle by 6 different people in your face. But when you're ready, they are so nice and helpful! Jerry Myers was our salesman and he was amazing to work with. From sales to financing, we couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a new car. Highly recommend!

Ford doesn’t honor the extended warranty. Missed 2 months of maintenance due to 2 family deaths. Was told they would not fix my car! B

Quick, efficient and such nice staff! I waited while they serviced a recall need. They checked everything over and no charge! I have been very happy that I purchased a Ford back when other manufacturers took government bail outs and Ford did not. I rewarded them and myself!

They have billboards throughout and on TV and through the mail. You would have to directly contact their marketing department for the specifics. I feel sure that information would not be shared in an open format

Have a 2018 Ford edge with the turbo charged efi 4 cylinder that has 21800 miles and has just recently started to whine and moan at the slower speeds. What is the problem?

the code comes in the book that comes with your car. if you bought your car used, the maintenance people should be able to reset it, but you should be able to reset it just from the book that comes with the car.
