The staff don’t show up for work when they should (missing important meetings for the kids), they barely give the kids anytime to talk to family and friends, the kids get their privileges taken away for taking too long in the shower, and made one of the kids lose a job over a toy. And more. Terrible. I would give 0 starts if I could.

It's a nice place, but staff does not work well with parents. A better option than jail, but need to be aware that they are housing minors, who have parents who are responsible for them. Try and work with the parents, not against them
