The woman who greeted me for my check in was helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to the Chinatown location before and it was a disaster. This location is well run and the staff are well trained.

Had a terrible experience with UHaul. My daughter shipped a,UBox from California to this location. The box wasn't there by the guaranteed date. That wasn't the fault of the employees at this location. But the lack of customer service and responsiveness was. When we walked in the first time, they acted like they couldn't be bothered to help. They couldn't give us any information about the box's location or when it might arrive. Also , we attempted to contact the store by phone numerous times over 3 days and not once did they answer the phone. Every time it Forwarded to the national customer service line. They told me it only forwards when they are busy but it appears to me that they just forward it all the time. I would avoid this location if at all possible.

If the store is busy...u will be transferred to the Uhaul Customer Service Line based in Phoenix AZ...Sat are usually a very busy day for them especially the 1st of the month

Theyre supposed to give u a 5 days grace period just call them to make sure
