I put my items in storage on 11/2018 to go out of town to take care of a sick relative. I was gone for several years, and when I went to my storage on 7/2022, it was a mess. Every box was open and throwed around. My clothes and shoes were put in the unit last, so I could easily get to them. Now, they are in the middle and back of unit every where. I am so upset , angry and hurt, because, I thought my items were safe, but I I paid them on time every month for them to steal from me. I rate them a 0!

This facility is sad the Rodents has destroyed my property they never answer the phone and I pay to much for some rats to have eaten and have feces every where

9-10 the items you have left in the unit would become theirs since you can't pay and it my be auctioned off for the cash.

Yes there is a senior discount and a active military discount...
After your payment is 2 days late they place a red lock on your unit, 5 days late a fee of $20 will be added. Not sure what happens after that.
No it wasn't for me had to pay the price for the storage unit then buy a lock Plus Insurance
