Your crew did good this time, but I should not have had to called you back and brought it back it should have had been done right the first time when I brought it in there and listen to this "WOMAN" and checked the #6 plug because that what was wrong with it when I brought it in there and I even told you it was the #6 plug that it was missing on.

D-Pat is my preferred shop in town. I had nothing but great service and the best guys and gals at the service counter. Town and Country Ford were terrible to deal with. D-Pat listened to me and they completely understood my concern. Thanks so much! You guys have a lifelong customer with me.

Everyone was friendly, and the problem with my Explorer was resolved!

BUYERS BEWARE! Worst experience with buying a vehicle we have ever had. We were looking for a reliable and SAFE used car for our out of state college student. This was a very unfortunate dealing altogether, and from a very unprofessional sales manager (in our opinion), Greg Floyd from the Lebanon branch. From the misrepresentations of the vehicle, to locking us out in the cold to close the deal with one of his young staff members, to hanging up on me when he didn't like to hear me reiterate that he lied to my face twice. We will not recommend this dealer (or it's extension in Evansville after dealing with the General Manager Peter O'Daniel, who by the way told me he was the owner). Where Greg was unprofessional, Peter was very professional, but still unwilling to provide any recourse to make the problem right. We were specifically told the brakes would be serviced and it was safe and that they inspected them thoroughly before we were to pick it up the next day after initial test drive and I felt the brakes were bad. (***Please see at least 16- 1 star reviews for their service department! Wish we would have!) While driving it off the lot on the highway home after purchase we realized the vehicle had some serious issues. We took it to our mechanic the next business day to find out it needed not only brakes and the ABS system was bad but about $3000 in total work to make it safe. The tie rods and ball joints were "past allowable tolerance (unsafe)" again after we were told the vehicle passed it's safety inspection. We requested to return the car for money back that next business day, as it was within the 3 day "cooling off" contract rule but we were told no they would not allow that. The parts for the ABS system won't even come in before the end of November, so not only did we buy an unsafe, unreliable vehicle from this lot that was represented to be both of those things, my son (who lives in another state and works and goes to school) won't even have a vehicle for at least a month once we do the ADDITIONAL $3000 in unexpected repairs. We pleaded with the dealership for some sort of compromise. They offered a trade of a like vehicle. Literally there was not another vehicle on their lot for a similar price (even if we added in the $3000 we would pay in repairs - that we have already sunk several hundred into anyway for them to find all of the issues) or similar body condition (this vehicle is in very good condition on the outside) so there is no equal trade to be had. All vehicles had many more miles or years, or lesser quality. We requested they step up and redeem themselves and contribute to the brakes they promised they had fixed and they will not even do that. We are happy to share our bad experience to everyone and anyone who asks. We are considering our legal options at this point but just know when you buy and sign "as is" from this lot, they will in all likelihood swindle you and sell you a misrepresented faulty vehicle just to get it off their lot!

Hey Marilyn. We are a 3rd and 4th generation family business. When the company was rebranded it was named after D. Patrick O'Daniel
Hi Heather, we do perform all recalls on Fords. As far as the temporary vehicle is concerned, we would need more information (such as your vehicle's VIN number) to see if Ford would cover the cost of a loaner. If your vehicle is not covered, we offer rental vehicles starting at $40 per day. We also provide a free shuttle service for our customers while their vehicle is with us.

Owner places his customers first in this area
Rental vehicles are available. We do provide free shuttle service, free wifi, free snacks and refreshments, free massage chair, a couple of TVs with family friendly entertainment on the big screen, desks for business and we are a short walk to a convience store.
Well D-Patrick has new and used Fusions snd it depends what trim level you buy and if you want any additional options that will be an up charge .
