The golf course has rental for carts, but I'm not sure about the town. Honestly, most of the places are short walks from each other (exceptions being the golf tee at the golf course and the pitchfork at the restaurant)

Yes they do accept the cards..but the sites are literally steps away from each other, but if you need the cart of course, yes they do
