Amazing place for fishing ,hiking ,camping ,cycling,and picnic!take your time there!drive in from May to September,walk in from October April。

Only open a few months a year, it's a shame closed in the fall - one of the prettiest seasons - very short open season

Relaxing trail and beautiful temperature. We loved exploring the woods, and even found some shaggy mane mushrooms! Just a heads up—State and National Park Day Passes do not apply here. ($6 cash per car)

Boats are not allowed and neither is swimming but you can go fly fishing in the shallow parts
