Is there bars in Casey Illinois

There wasnt much open when we were there.

Yes there are and they do shut down early. If you do get there in time, you will be impressed with the selection and service.

The whole town shuts down at 4 pm and is closed Sundays

Brownies Place, just South of the railroad tracks, the VFW has a bar and it is a couple blocks South of the tracks, Richards Farm Restaurant has a bar, and the new Mexican restaurant, Cilantros, has a bar. The Greathouse of Pizza opens at 4 Wed-Sun and has many brands of beers including craft beers.
