If we had deposited on one of the labs and then quickly re applied to the animal shelter, how do we know if we can still get our puppy? I see photos of them being given to folks. We had been waiting 12 weeks and should get priority. Plz advise

You don't get priority, because one thing (the breeder) has nothing to do with the other (the shelter). If you apply, you are just another applicant. Can you still get your Puppy ? Maybe. But if not, the breeder is the only one to blame. Certainly not the shelter.

Why would you get priority?? Because you tried buying a puppy from an awful human being? You should be fined too!!
