I placed an order last week and have not heard anything about confirmation or tracking. I sent an email and have not heard back. I also tried calling and could not get through. What's going on? Are your high ratings fake?

Can no one do something about this company??? There must be some sort of consumer services branch of the state government. I'll send a note if I can find the right office. Maybe it's a federal issue since they ship across state lines.

I order a refrigerator that they say after 3 weeks that its backordered now. I ask for refund and they say it will be done in 7 to 10 days. After 15 days I enquired for refund and they say the first cancellation didnt go through hence they are doing it again and it will take another 7 to 10 days. Please keep away from these people.

I ordered a dishwasher April 12th... never received it to this day.. today is july 28th
