Why won't customer service return my calls? I need my two recliners fixed that are only 3 months old. They are under warranty. Come on, you call this a Christian business.

They should be put out of business. If any of you are in MO report them to the attorney general. I am doing the same but I am in another state.

I'm sorry to hear this, too. We bought one chair from them & brought it home ourselves, as is. Suggestion - keep calling & ask for the store manager. Also, find an email address on Goedecker's website & submit your complaint & request for service. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that you are getting no response. I have only used this company once myself. And have not had to try to reach them about a warrenty issue. Good luck. Persistence usually pays off.
