Today I went back to Happy Appliance for the second time… because I was pleased with the appliances I previously purchased .The place is named Happy Appliance for a reason , not only will you be happy after getting your appliances from them ( because they have the best at a heart price ) but you will also be happy with the the customer service. These people are crooks. I purchased a dishwasher in July. It never worked. Happy’s refused to take the defective dishwasher back. Come to find out it was originally purchased in December of 2021 and returned defective. So Happy’s knowingly sold a POS dishwasher that they knew didn’t work. It is now October, the dishwasher still does not work and I have to go through all the back channels trying to get the warranty to fix it. Will never go to this place nor recommend them.
