UPDATE - when I first ordered from them, I was happy (see my first review below) But, it ended up taking over 18 months to get the items I ordered. I had to argue with them to split my order to get things delivered as they were received. Being patient because of Covid, I understood. Finally my dishwasher was the last to come. Because of the long delay in receiving my items, I had to wait until my contractor had time to come back and do the install. When he came today and we opened the box, it was completely DESTROYED. Totally smashed in on the back with damage on 3 of the 4 sides. It looks like it literally fell off the back of the truck. So damaged that it started leaking from the metal seam in the back where the dent is. The front door is also bent, it won't even seal properly. Not to mention what they sent wasn't even the same model I ordered. The worse part, the customer service was completely rude and unsympathetic. Their comment was "it is passed the 30 days". I am still waiting to see what they do about it, but the way I was treated on the phone today I don't have much confidence that they even care or will take care of the problem. This was my original review when I placed my order - Nicole was great!!! very friendly and helpful. So glad I called and got help ordering all the appliances for my kitchen remodel. She was very knowledgeable on all of the products.

HORRIBLE customer service. I am an investor and own many properties. I have never written a negative review. I have had such a bad experience, want to prevent others from having the same. They shipped a fridge to my house when I requested it be canceled and not delivered. Their 3rd party company dropped a fridge off without signature to a property I no longer live at. Goedekers wanted $600 to return it back to them. I have over 10 unanswered emails. Terrible company, terrible service. Mistakes are okay, but no response is not. Do not use them.

worst customer service i have ever experienced! I ordered a table three months ago, last shipping update was 9/24/2022. Called customer service today and the order has been canceled yet i got not notice whatsoever. terrible company!

Be aware of is this company! We bought a table that came defective. They harassed me for months assuming that I am making up the issue. They won't take it back for months occupying space in my house and kept threatening us for collection if we dispose of the defective items. They have a pattern of harassing customers. 3 months on and we still have the items here. We got our money back by submitting a dispute to my credit card company. Never order again from these con business. I have a lawer in place to counter sue them if they are going for collection for their failure.

Iv ordered and couch and received. An Chase I ordered over the phone with yout customer service. Now you want me to pay the same amount I purchased the item for to have it return at my cost
They are rip-offs! The CEO, executives and managers should be arrested.

Its such a horrible feeling for someone claiming to be a business to take your hard earned money and get away with not delivering anything. Report them! I had a great experience with Goedeker's. I bought a KitchenAid trash compactor. It was less expensive than any other place along with free shipping. The appliance arrived days earlier than expected.

I ordered before reading the reviews. I am without a working oven and I pray they deliver in a timely manner an undamaged product. Thinking of canceling but not wanting to go through the nightmare process ya'll are describing!
Carolyn, It may be possible to find replacement glass for your tabled, but it does depend on the manufacturer of the table. They may or may not have the replacement available.
