Co-op basics are a list of items which are sold at subsidized prices by the co-op. They are generally of better quality to competitor stores, but at similar or lower prices. Many of the basics are even organic. They include mostly items like pasta, beans, and the main ingredients for a meal.
They carry a wide range, just about anything from packaged products, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy, prepared food and beverages, wine, health and household.
They sell everything a grocery store would sell except they have over 90 local items in produce and all or almost all of their pantry items are non GMO and organic. They also have organic wines there chocolate and cheeses...you name it. They also have classes for cooking and other opportunities.
Products that are considered to be everyday necessities that are priced low. Usually they are a generic but good brand.
