A great organization providing help for kids in need.

As an employer, they are the absolute worst. They run their employees into the ground, then gaslight those who seek support. Absolutely abysmal place to work. And while they talk a big game about putting their clients first, they’re actually more concerned about keeping their numbers artificially inflated to retain grant funding. Seriously, if you’re considering working for them, spare yourself and find something else.

All of these places for kids are ok but I think everyone forgets why kids might act up. Myself included was one of them. We are expected to adjust to another new place, meet another whole new set of people! And just deal!! It’s like moving to a prison you only get 10 minute phone calls, etc. you cannot leave when you wish, you have mandatory meetings. I was one of the kids that never tried drugs, etc I was literally only there because my parents weren’t parents. And I struggled and suffered. I’m 27 now married 8 years three kids. I own my own home. I didn’t get here with out fighting. I wanted to give up. And have night mares to this day about being in homes. Some things could’ve changed to make me a happier teen. But there were some staff there that made my time there amazing. Todd Wagner

When I lived there there were no fences and no alarms on the doors.
All donations are accepted at the Spiritual Life Center (the building with a steeple) on Cunningham's campus. We are here Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thank you!

The CCH has been around since 1895. Based in Urbana, it has always been on this piece of land. The Residential Treatment Center made its debut Summer of 2005.
