Just had breakfast there. Yes it was busy on a Sunday morning. We waited 30 mins for a seat, no problem we have the time. After being seated and having our order taken we waited for almost an hour with no food. Finally asked up front where the food was because we hadnt seen the waitress, finally delivered and it was cold. Had to let them know, get the food back at least heated up. The whole time the waitress never refilled our drinks, apologize or anything and never checked on us. We ran out of syrup too but never got anymore either. I understand being busy but there was a large lack of customer service here. I've been other places just as busy and had much better service. We've always had great service here in the past but today was not a good day at Perkins.

I have been coming to Perkins for over 20 years and this is the first time that I have been so dissapointed I cant believe they charged 10.49 for 3 small pancakes when you can get the whole meal for 11.99 and when asked about the price they was rude and Ive never had that in this store. we are considering going somewhere else for our biweekly breakfast store#1202 check #4273
