They are usually very busy during lunch hours and the employees are incapable of multitasking and extremely lazy or on drugs, you'll notice when it's not busy
Agree with the consensus. They are usually pretty busy. I've only tried calling 1 time & no answer. Showed up & it was slightly busy.
When I was there, the line was out the door... Maybe a 30 minute wait, but well worth it. As for the voicemails, I can't speak for that.

Uhhhh ok I just went there and they weren’t lazy or on drugs they just were waiting for the next person and their food was amazing and their service was outstanding and I guess you all haven’t been to a good low key place before
I have called - phone not in service. I have emailed, mailbox is full kicked my email back. I have Facebook messaged them, and you guessed it - nada. I hope this place is amazing because I am so over them and I haven’t even been there. As a side note, a friend left there wallet and we can get in touch with them to see if they have it!! Killing me.
Sloooowww service. It's good but not that good!!!!.....don't go anymore because of the customer service issues.
They are ALWAYS extremely busy. If you want to do a pick up order, I think there is an option on the website. If you want to eat in, I would just show up. Lunch is crazy, but there's alot of seating if you are dining in. Nights are pretty packed.
