I visited several years ago. They would not give me an estimate, and back then, they used seriously slow wifi, at the shop. Not sure if they still do, but they charged by the time. They said it was my computer's fault, that it was old, slow, even blamed it on the lack of memory. But, it was not. I was told it would be an outrageous amount of time and money, just to transfer files. I paid him a diag. fee, and left. Office Depot transferred all the files in about ten minutes for me. For me, I did not like this place, others may do better. I, personally, could not go back to Hal's. It was many years ago, so I cannot speak for the current system.
My experience was great .APPLE told me computer was history and tried to sell me a new one ...just ask hal fixed ...
I also have used Hal for several years and have received excellent and reasonably priced service.

It depends on the amount and type malware/virus. You can figure between 90-135. We also include all windows updaded and driver updates from you computer manufacturer, testing of hard drive and more. Thanks for your interest.
