They have a wide variety of t-shirts here, none that I saw over 2x which is sad. I bought a nice beach hat here. It was a big wide brimmed straw hat. It really helped keep me cool in the heat.

There are a couple kiosks at Broadway at the Beach that do them. They do airbrushing
No they do not make custom shirts but there is a store next door that does airbrush.
