Why do you have to wait for over ten minutes to get a person to answer the phone ? They cannot be THAT busy that you NEVER get connected to a live person.

Some stores can be thay busy, depending on the time you call. There's probably only a few people that can answer the phone.

HD is a busy as well as large store. When I need information or a product I get on the car and visit the store.
