COVID is over. This location needs to return to normal business hours. Closed everyday from 11am-4pm? That's ridiculous and just an excuse to avoid having to deal with customers. Avoid.

I dropped a package in the drop box on the 16th and it still isn't processed. They won't connect me to anyone so everything is automated. So frustrating.

Is ups delivering today? I seen fedex and the usps out but haven't seen ups at all. Im expecting a package and just thinking about it.
