The apartments were built in approximately 1968-1969. I use to be a maintenance man there.
Hi there older I dont know how old but my sister in law just moved in and for her low income she loves it was freshly painted the carpets are in good condition yes the heater are the ones on the base boards and air conditioning is a wall mount but to have her own independence it's great. And Linda who runs the place is very helpful and sweet. Hope this helps
