Yes, all residents of Holly Springs are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Holly Springs. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. Applicants at Holly Springs have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own.
