The Holly Springs Place Apartments are spacious, well treated, and enjoyable living space. Their staff are nice and helpful. Abby helped answer all the questions I had in regards to the apartment complex. I would recommend this complex if you need a place to call home.

Look elsewhere. I've been a resident since its opening a year ago and this used to be a great place to live with outstanding management, but that is sadly not the case anymore. We received the same rent increase and ignored service requests that others have mentioned, so it's clear they don't care about tenant retention. Update: Property Manager never reached out as commented on here. I followed up and received zero support.

Yes, Holly Springs is pleased to welcome pets to our community, including large dogs, with no weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply. Yes, all residents of Holly Springs are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Holly Springs. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Holly Springs team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Holly Springs have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements.
