Andorra is a great apartment complex. Not only is it located in a convenient area, but it's decently priced, and a cozy place to live. This is my second apartment home, so moving out and in from another apartment was a new experience and I had a lot of questions! The office staff were the epitome of patience and understanding as they walked me through the process and remained communicative throughout the transition. Several months later and they still maintain that quality customer service and for that alone I give them all my stars!

I have lived here for a few years now. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OLD REVIEWS. Just as everyone who is reviewing this property recently the new management team is horrendous!!! Before the new management team this place was amazing and management were helpful and friendly. Now they are terrible they lie and deceive you to just get you off the phone. They are incompetent with terrible customer service. With all these new complexes and luxury apartments opening in the raleigh area you have options. DO NOT LIVE HERE I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH!!!

I lived at Andorra Apartment Homes from 2019-2021 when Rebecca(Hispanic lady) and Anthony(black man) were managing this place. They provided the best customer service and I remembered the way they greeted my husband and I the very first day after looking at other apartments. They made our decision to choose Andorra very easy. This place used to be a 5 star apartment with over 100 5 start reviews under their management(minorities).Towards the end of our lease last year, I started seeing new faces and Anthony was the first to let go, then Rebecca, then the rest is history. Soon after they informed us that they are under a new management. The entire office is replace with white people not a single minority at this office. Now they can't even lease out these apartments because they have been posting ads on CRAIGSLIST daily...Go figured! I would not recommend these apartment to anyone, the girl Kate that works there doesn't seem to like her job either.

We have enjoyed our time here at Andorra! However, I must say, the parking is a problem; they should have planned better to accommodate the needs of their residents. On the other hand, the maintenance staff is wonderful and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
