I am the mail carrier for this complex. I absolutely love it here, I love delivering here. The residents are sweet, the ladies in the office are nice and understanding. Latisha always comes through if I need help with anything concerning the residents. Honestly out of all the neighborhoods on my delivery route, this one is my favorite.

I just moved in. Ever since I got a wonderful tour from Latisha, I've gotten a great impression of this community. Latisha was kind, helpful, and professional. I was promised fresh renovations, even though they were too full for me to see a unit. Upon move-in, I was super happy to see all new appliances, nice walls and floors, and a really great bathroom. I love how much space I get here and the screened-in patio is such a nice feature. I can't wait to fill it with plants. It also seems like I'm close to everything here (food, supplies, etc.) and I'm right off of US-1. It's usually a pain to deal with apartment staff who don't get much support from the management company and thus don't give you support either. At Avalon, Molly and Latisha have been very helpful and patient in the move-in process. They made it simple and easy for me and I'm confident they will tend to any issues I have promptly. There's a brand new complex neighboring Avalon called the Meridian. I'm not sure why you would choose that place as you'll be paying the same price for 250-350 less sq. ft.. Avalon seems just as nice with the new renovations, and I value quality things. I'm glad I made the right choice between the two. If I don't update this review, then my thoughts haven't changed!

Just now moving in but I am in love already!! Latisha has been so helpful and kind. The complex has a true neighborhood feel and it's clean and quiet. And the amenities are unbeatable!! Can't wait to settle in here!
