Italians don't really do "gluten-free" by definition .... but you can order a delicious variety of proteins & salads that shouldn't effect your allergies. I would not hesitate to go for an a fine meal as long as you know your particular restrictions. The staff & kitchen are extremely attentive & knowledgable, and willing to prepare most anything to accommodate patron's wishes.
They will prepare meals as you like, but they do not have a gluten free menu.
They have great fish, steaks and vegetables, so pick items without gluten.
You can definitely ask for a slight variation in preparation to accommodate your dietary restrictions
