I'm usually extremely understanding and patient, I've worked retail and banking so I know how general public can be. This pharmacy location is by far the worst I've ever been to, ever. Unknown delays, out of stock, impossible app use, horrendous customer service, lack of knowledge, no empathy, so many people literally standing around and averting their eyes so they don't have to acknowledge you, horrible hours, etc. The straw finally broke the camel's back and I'm going to move all my prescriptions to literally anywhere else.

Pretty poorly run pharmacy. I put in an order Sunday night to pick up covid tests on Monday because I really wasn't feeling well. First thing Monday morning I call to confirm they are ready to pickup, 15 minutes go by of being on hold and by this point I'm in my car, en route to the pharmacy to ask in person. Finally somebody answers the phone, and long story short we were both incredibly confused. She said she didn't see my name anywhere, was asking something about another Walgreens in Northfield, asked if I had an order number, then eventually gave up and transferred me. A few minutes later, a man answers the phone, and he thinks I'm asking to pick up pictures. At this point I'm getting incredibly frustrated, and simply ask to be sent to the pharmacy. Someone picks up and answers "Yeah?" in an annoyed tone. I repeat back, "Yeah????". She responds, "Yeah you're still waiting for Linda?". I say I don't know who Linda is and I am trying to check on the status of my covid tests. I give this woman my name, and within a minute she confirms they are ready for pickup. I go to the pharmacy drive through and retrieve my tests- the legend herself Linda is the one who helps me, she seemed nice. Everyone else here is confused and/or disrespectful. I'll be changing my pharmacy for sure, the bad reviews on here aren't a lie.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the northshore. Their mutual respect for clients is almost non-existant, wait times are extremely long and unreasonable based on the staff they have present, the staff is unresponsive to feedback and unsupportive.
