Bird watcher's hidden gem. But wear your boots, it can be muddy and there's a small stream crossing.

Too wet to continue after a little more than a third of a mile. I wore my winter boots, but the water on the trail was a foot or more deep and I had to turn back, with wet feet. Perhaps it will freeze over this winter; otherwise, I guess I will have to wait for a drought.

I've never noticed anything official. It just seems to be a preserve of some kind. If anyone knows of anything else, please let me know.

Can u fish there? Just moved to Boxborough and was wondering where i could go around here.

I dunno about fishing in the Nashua river. It was really polluted back in the 70s, and I've heard that there's still a lot of dyes from the old Fitchburg textile Mills on the bottom of the river.
