although some of these issues are happenstance, they still add up to be a less than amazing customer service experience. when we set up the appointment to see a used work van they had for sale, when we arrived it was out picking up a part for the dealership after telling them we were coming from an hour away. that meant an extra half hour waiting around at waiting area before the van arrived.. and then the vehicle was a lot harder worn than we were led to believe, with a check engine light coming on during the test drive and all sorts of scratches bumps and Loud rattles coming from the vehicle. I know used cars are overinflated in price right now, but 20,000 for this well worn written hard and put back wet van just a bit much.
