Purchased a 2022 Jeep. At 150 miles CHECK ENGINE light went on. Had to bring it back, an hour drive each way, service "fixed" the issue. However, since then the Jeep has had ANOTHER ISSUE at 1,500 miles. In the meantime I submitted a customer service review to Jeep regarding my experience with the dealership. In it I communicated my displeasure with the poor communication and customer service we received during the process of purchasing the vehicle and having the repairs performed. Not discussed during the purchase was $5,000 (aprox) extended warranty, $995.00 insurance coverage and another aprox $700 for an anti theft device. The contract specified payment of the purchase deposit, but I was contacted on multiple occasions with demands for payment outside of the contract terms. Additionally, we were never shown how to use the features available in the vehicle. When requesting service Eric was dismissive, unprofessional, would hang up and could provide no specific information regarding how long the service/diagnostic would take. Now because of my customer service review the dealership refuses, yes refuses, to work on the other issue that was present when we purchased the Jeep. This is fine as I would not trust their service department to work on it. Their reaction to a poor customer service review is to provide even poorer customer service, they did not want to hear about the reasons for my ratings and review. This I believe speaks volumes. They don't want to change and don't care about the quality of service of vehicle they sell you. Rather they, one day before the service appointment scheduled a week ago, called and said they would not work on the vehicle. THE VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AT 150 MILES AND MALFUNCTIONING AUTO SHUT OFF AT 1,500 MILES. Take the drive to Stockton or Modesto, or better yet buy your Jeep online like most of my friends have. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR JEEP SERVICED AT SONORA JEEP. However please don't let this review deter you from buying a Jeep, they are the best. Should have bought one earlier.

I paid over $2,000 for a rental while waiting for service. After a few days I called to check on progress. They hadn’t even started work and said they were waiting for my approval and had been calling. They were calling the wrong phone number and explained that their scheduling software had mixed up phone numbers and accounts. With no back-up process. I paid for a rental for weeks because of THEIR error. And I was treated like it was my fault. The manager kept saying “we called you, and you didn’t call back,” even AFTER he knew they had the wrong phone number. Then admitted they had the correct number under my file but the wrong number was in the scheduling program. This cost me $2,000 in rental fees and I was basically told (too bad).

We dropped off a team mates truck that had oil changes in the contract and they wanted to only honor a small portion of the cost despite the contract or the fact every other Dodge has not had a problem.

I purchased a 2021 grand Cherokee trailhawk from them in January of this year it’s been in the shop 5 times. Tow hitch wasn’t assembled properly which caused me to listen to metal on metal clanking for two months until I figured out the problem and had them fix it. Then driving and it shifts out of gear on its own while still saying it’s in drive. Now it’s the AC that cause a hissing noise that you can hear over the radio on full blast. I purchased almost a 60k truck from them and I’m met w nothing but attitude every time I come here. If they need to keep the vehicle I’m stuck paying out of pocket to rent a vehicle because as I was told that isn’t their problem the owner doesn’t do loaners. I’ve never in my life felt as disappointed and disrespected as this place has left me feeling! Save your money and shop somewhere that values you as a customer cause you won’t get that here!

Id give Vintage Classic in Lodi a call about that. I doubt they have parts, but i bet they could point you in the right direction
