I had a great experience at the Healey Kia dealership. Sales Advisor Zwade Thornhill was very patient with me, my wife and my daughter. He took his time to explain each of our options and wasn't bothered with running back and forth in showing me different vehicles. He made sure all my questions were answered so when we would start the process of our purchase everything would run as smooth as possible. I feel he should be credited for the great job he did. I ended purchasing a New 2023 Kia Forte which we are so please with.

Hi! Usually stuff like that happens after the person you refer makes their first payment at Kia. Then I'm pretty sure you have to wait until a check run and that could vary (week - month). Call Healey Kia and they should be able to help you!
Hi Arthur, while you don't have to service at a dealership, it is recommended as your vehicle is most likely still under warranty, and you will receive all factory parts and service. The great news is that even if you're away from your home dealer, a Kia dealer local to where you are will be happy to perform maintenance for you!
