Rude as hell. They don’t greet you when you walk in ever. They let customers who walk in after you skip you in line if they are paying their bill. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they had the charger I needed. Every time it’s a terrible customer experience- I only go there because it’s the closest.

Tommy was great in assisting me in trading my old iPhone for the new iPhone 13. Straight to the point and not pushing his agenda on me with the non sense of opening up another line like other sales people would. My mans got me what I wanted and we kept it moving.

Be careful! An employee here opened a 3 lines account under my name without my permission…got an overdue payment that I had to resolve.Went through a long process to close out all the accounts. The T-Mobile experts were super helpful but this was a terrible experience needed to be addressed among their employees.

Pretty store with a nice feel inside, easy access and parking. We had a good experience at T-Mobile and decided to switch from another carrier, it took a very long time for this process so we spent more than an hour at the store even there was no phone purchase but the salesperson was kind and uplifting the whole time.

Everyone had on a mask. The store had room for plenty of spacing between customers. There was hand sanitizer available for everyone to use.
