I would not recommend you even bring a pet fish here. I have had 4 cancelled and rescheduled appointments in the matter of two weeks. Most people who are scheduling for appointments with radiologists are concerned in some area or another about their health. This is not like they cancelled a Tuesday night bingo appointment. I have spoken with multiple people in the scheduling department who seem more than incompetent. And I’m just confused as to why Rayus is even a business at this point. I have never written a review before, because no company has ever sparked my anger like this. All while trying to even get an appointment in the first place, I have been met with countless employees who could really care less. If I could give a negative rating I would.

This was my first MRI in an upright machine (which I needed due to the nature of my injury and pain), and the staff and the facility were fantastic. I was made to feel comfortable, had an excellent attendant (George), and would highly recommend this location.

Was told to be here at 10:05 for 11:05 appointment for CT scan. We thought that would give me 1 hour to drink solution before appointment. After waiting 2 HOURS, was told they need to reschedule. Then we said "just forget the whole thing", they said, ok, we can get you in AFTER you drink a quart of solution!!! REALLY???? Very unorganized.

I drove my wife here for her appointment. Her appointment was 11:30. The reminder call the previous evening confirmed 11:30. Expect the imaging to take about an hour... We Arrived at 11:15. We know how to be on time. We value and respect others time. At 12:15, I had a less than pleasant discussion at the service counter about the wait time. I was informed that the appointment was actually 12:00. The 11:30 appointment is just the check-in time. SERIOUSLY? My wife was called back at 12:25. Let's see if I have your policy right... Our appointment time has a built-in 30 minute wait so you are comfortable we won't be late but you can be 25 minutes late? No wonder you have the overly polite thing down so we'll!
