The restrooms are always nice and clean. On this particular occasion Diane was my hero! I forgot they close at 5pm and we pulled in at 5 with two toddlers who just needed to go.I saw the worker locking up the doors and I considered going to the woods instead. This was when Diane saw me getting the little ones out of the car and asked if we needed to use the restroom. I shared this saga with her and she quickly unlocked the door so that I could take my 3 and 4 year-old to the toilet instead. She was so kind and gracious, going above and beyond with a cheerful attitude. Thank you Diane!

Nice visitor center with recycling system restrooms. They have nice visitor store to get souvenirs, maps and magazines for travel recommendations. People are friendly. They also have pumpkin coffee during Fall season!

Phillip Carmichael

Nice rest stop with a little gift shop and restrooms for the traveler. Apple trees in front and a little statue of Johnny Appleseed, along with information about him (real name John Chapman) make this one of the more memorable visitors centers in New England.
